Reaching Goals

While women have clearly made significant gains, any list of challenges faced by female leaders must acknowledge the gender gap in the workplace.  Gender stereotypes can influence how we define, and even if we achieve, our professional goals. These stereotypes can also impact our performance. Women need to challenge these gender stereotypes to ensure that they can achieve their goals.
